Vegas Spins Review

If you developed an online casino name generator, Vegas Spins would likely be the first option it created.

It’s fair to say that this is not a site that brings the most unique name to the table, which is no real surprise when you realise this is an online casino that comes from Cassava Enterprises, who are known for a lot, but originality is not necessarily one of those things.

Best known for their 888 brands, Cassava offers a variety of casinos and bingo sites away from that well known brand, including Oink Bingo, Winzino, and YayBingo.

Vegas Spins is, therefore, one of many, giving it the difficult job of having to stand out from the other sites on its network before trying to stand out from the wider industry as a whole.

So, is Vegas Spins capable of carrying off this tough feat?

Design and theme

With a name that is quite so on the nose, it would almost be disappointing if Vegas Spins had a design that was in any way surprising, but there is no concern there.

Transporting you into the world of neon lights and casino imagery that you would expect from a Vegas themed casino site (the kind we have seen from countless other similarly themed sites over many years) Vegas Spins is brining absolutely nothing new to the table at all.

Instead, this is a site that celebrates all things classic in terms of the casino world, which is fine, or would be fine, if it hadn’t been done better many times before.

As a result, Vegas Spins feels derivative as opposed to nostalgic, the pink and blue neon colour scheme feeling like a pale imitation of other sites.

Despite the partnerships that Cassava has developed over the years with a range of iGaming companies, for reasons beyond us, Vegas Spins has a pretty disappointing collection of games on offer.

With titles coming from 888 Holdings, Blueprint Gaming, Evolution, Eyecon, IGT, NetEnt, OpenBet, PariPlay, Microgaming, SG Digital, SG Gaming, and Williams Interactive there is, of course, fun to be found here, but simply not enough.

It feels a little like Vegas Spins has taken the nostalgia idea too far, and presented an online casino that offers not only a design, but also a games selection that would’ve been more suited to the iGaming world a decade or two ago.

Slots, table games, and more are available, of course, but that’s almost always true at online casinos, and many others both look better, and offer a substantially more varied portfolio of games, as a result, Vegas Spins is left in the shadows a bit.

Cassava Enterprises are, without doubt, capable of creating top quality online casino sites, but with Vegas Spins, they seem to have forgotten that.
